Returns and Refunds

How It Works

We believe strongly in our products and their quality, but if for any reason you are not satisfied you can return merchandise within 15 days of the date of purchase and we will happily refund the purchase price to the original form of payment. After return period, eligible merchandise may be returned as a store credit.

Please note: From May to September you can return in-person at our location . 


Please follow the steps below before you send your item back to us by mail:

  1. Send us an email to with your Order #, date of purchase and reason for return or exchange.

  2. Once you get a confirmation from us, for any undamaged and unworn product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original tag and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. 

  3. . If you've received some or all of your order and it's damaged, please contact us asap so we can sort this out for you.

  4. GIFT CARDS - Gift Cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash, except otherwise required by law.

  5. All shipping costs will not be refunded. 

Shipping and Delivery

*Due to current circumstances deliveries are taking longer to be delivered. We appreciate your understanding. 


WestCoast Beach Store currently uses Post Canada for Ground shipping.


Shipping speed:

  • Once your order has been placed, should receive it within 4-8 business days. Longer delivery times should be expected when shipping to Territories.


Shipping cost:


  • Ground delivery: 4-8 business days 
    Orders up to $90 = FREE 
    $90 to $500 = $ 9.95

      $500 Up = $25



  • Ground delivery: 10-12 business days 

      All orders: $30.00
