Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance. Cancelations or no shows within the 24 hour window 50% will be charged. Weather conditions: - Light rain : booking will not be canceled. - Extreme high winds or unsafe lake conditions: booking will be rescheduled or refunded. - Rough or rippled lake: we recommend paddling on the river which is located on the left side of the beach. Substance abuse policy: We do not tolerate use of substance during the use of the service and boards will not be rented if under influence.
